At FORCE Technology, we follow the authorities' recommendations and make every effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus). To do this we take several precautions in our work, and many colleagues work from home.

We continue to be available to all our customers and partners and to work diligently on current and future tasks.
- We continue to carry out on-site inspection and measurement tasks at your plants, structures and buildings with extra precautions and, of course, in compliance with the guidelines you have in relation to the spread of infection.
- We receive your products and materials for testing and analysis as usual without the need to attend our locations
- We deliver components and products at the same quality and pace
- We continue to provide advice, provide sparring and deliver reports. We hold physical meetings where necessary, and use mail, telephone and online meetings to a very large extent.
During this time, it is extra important for us to take care of each other and support both existing and new customers in their efforts to uphold and continue daily operations, production and development.

What precautions does FORCE Technology take with COVID19?
We have implemented a number of measures and follow the authorities' recommendations, including that most work from home.
- Onsite inspection, measurement and visits
We continue to carry out on-site inspection and measurement tasks at your plants, structures and buildings with extra precautions and, of course, in compliance with the guidelines you have in relation to the spread of infection.
- Laboratories, facilities and testing facilities
We receive your products and materials for testing, calibration, analysis and testing as usual without the need to attend our addresses. The work in our laboratories, facilities and testing facilities is carried out without physical contact and with proper hygiene and distance measures.
- Products
We supply components and products with the same quality and pace, and with proper hygiene measures.
- Consultation, sparring and delivery of reports and documentation
We continue to provide advice, provide sparring and deliver reports. We hold physical meetings where necessary, and use mail, telephone and online meetings to a very large extent. Our meeting facilities are designed to meet the recommendations.
If on-site meetings are necessary, either at our sites or at your plants, structures and buildings, face masks will be worn.

Can you continue to maintain normal operation and delivery times?
Yes, with the many precautions we can maintain the vast majority of services and deliveries. In some cases, there may be slightly longer test or delivery times to ensure we take the proper precautions.

Can I have my equipment calibrated?
Yes, our labs operate as normal. We have introduced extra measures and ensure hygiene both at delivery, during calibration and at collection.

Yes, our laboratories and testing facilities are in normal operation. We have introduced extra measures and ensure hygiene both at delivery, during calibration and at collection

Do you still go on site and what do you do to prevent infection?
We continue to carry out inspection and measurement tasks at your plants, structures and buildings with extra hygiene and distance measures, and our technicians operate in compliance with the guidelines you have in relation to the spread of infection.

Do you continue to deliver products and components?
Yes, we already hold many of our meetings online, do analyzes, reports and provide the same consultancy as before. Our experts and technical specialists work from home and, thanks to digital tools, are fully accessible.

Yes, the majority of meetings are held online, and we do analyzes, reports and provide the same consultancy services as before. Our experts and technical specialists are fully accessible. Our meeting facilites have been updated to comply with safety recommendations, and both FORCE Technology staff and customers must wear face masks during on-site meetings.

Do you still conduct courses?
The majority of our planned courses can be held as normal, following the recommendations from the authorities. If it is not possibole to go on-site, planned courses will, as far as possible, be conducted online. Where this is not an option, we will rebook for a later date. If you have already registered for a course, you will be notified by e-mail of any changes.

What happens to conferences, after work-presentations etc?
Scheduled conferences, after work-presentations etc. with a large number of participants are generally conducted online where possible. Events that require physical presence are conducted taking the authorities' recommendations into account - this means that planned events may be moved to a different venue where it e.g. is easier to keep distance, or may be postponed to a later date.
Registered participants will be notified separately if there are changes in relation to their particular event.

What happens if I have to postpone a booked task or project?
Contact us and we will find a solution, either solving the task by using mail, online meetings and virtual solutions, by taking the correct precautions for onsite visits, or by rebooking.
