Meet your new teammates
FORCE Technology offers guidance on all sorts of technological areas. Your new department, SenseLab, is specifically focused on matters of sound quality. We conduct world-class sound quality testing for some of the industry leaders in audio tech. The team is comprised of 6 specialists, including engineers, a few PhD’s, and a PhD-student, all of us intensely interested in sound quality.
We are a close-knit group, and projects will often have everyone pitching in with their knowledge and skill sets. Our clients expect a lot from us, and when we live up to their expectations, it is on the back of a team effort. You will always have extremely competent and committed colleagues to exchange insights with.
You will be our commercial conqueror
We are a team of specialists. We are well known in the industry, and we mainly conduct sales through our existing networks. There is almost unlimited potential within the team but very little time to actually grow the business. This is where you come in. We need you to proactively drive the commercial side of our organisation, reaching new customer groups and developing the business.
You will be working in close collaboration with the specialists, whose expertise you will be offering to our customers. They will know all the specifics regarding services and prices - your task is to get us through the door. In your daily operations, you will be:
- Contacting potential clients to build customer networks and offer our specialist services to relevant external stakeholders
- Working to improve the visibility and recognizability of FORCE Technology to customers through various marketing campaigns and through keeping our digital presence up to date
- Conducting business analyses to evaluate the potential for growth in new markets and develop strategies to fulfil this potential

What we expect from you
Your task is simple, but not easy. Growing our customer base requires equal amounts of confidence, industry insight and creativity. You must be a naturally extroverted person with great communication skills. You are not going to just sit patiently and wait for people to come to you, but will instead be out knocking on countless doors, trying to expand our network.
As to our more formal expectations:
- We expect that you have a few years of sales experience, preferably with a proven track record of success within business growth
- We prefer that you have insight into the audio technology industry, and are proficient in using Salesforce or something equivalent
- We consider it an advantage if you have prior experience with offering specialist consultancy services
Aside from the above, fluency in English is also a necessity, as you will be interacting with a lot of non-Danish stakeholders, both within FORCE Technology and externally.
