We are accredited to calibrate customer meter lines under operation conditions equivalent to on-site conditions at a pressure range between atmospheric pressure and up to 65 bar g – at maximum environmental caution.

FORCE Technology specialists provide high-pressure calibration of flow meters at our state-of-the-art facilities in Vejen, Denmark. As an independent partner, we use our competencies within custody transfer flow calibration services and metrology to contribute to positive societal development. The Danish Accreditation Fund DANAK accredits the calibration services we perform.

The design ensures calibration at a stable flow, pressure and temperatures of flow meters.

This construction enables circulation at pressure ranging from atmospheric conditions to 65 bar g.

The length compensator ensures that customer meter lines are calibrated under operation conditions equivalent to on-site conditions.
Control monitors at the world's largest closed loop.
Four monitors control the meter (MUT) during the calibration to register differences in the reading between the monitors and the working standards. 
The working standards at the world's largest closed loop.
The parallel working standards make it possible to adjust the calibration conditions to the customer meter.
Gas supply station at the world's largest closed loop.
The closed loop is connected to a transmission pipeline, allowing a fast supply of gaseous flows like air, natural gas, biogas and mixtures with hydrogen within an hour.
Gas discharge station at the world's largest closed loop.
After the calibration, the gas is carefully discharged to the grid, ensuring maximum environmental caution.
