We have all experienced the lack of user-friendliness when using heaters, online banking services or even strollers. However, people are also confused by machines, systems and work tools in their professional life.
The course is for anyone who designs or develops products or services in his or her daily work. Sales and marketing employees who are interested in design and product development will also benefit from the course.
The course contains psychological theory and specific cases about practical design psychology. We will discuss the design of e.g. ship radios, control boards and medical equipment.
The course is adjusted in collaboration with the customer in regards to the domain and field of the participants.
