About the Magnetic Particle Testing Method

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) is a non‑destructive testing (NDT) method used both during and after the manufacturing process of, for example, steel structures, as well as for in‑service and maintenance inspections.
Magnetic particle testing has several applications and advantages. It is a fast and efficient method for detecting surface‑breaking indications in magnetic materials. MT is a highly demanded method due to its sensitivity, ease of use, and minimal equipment requirements.

Who is the course suitable for?

The course is suitable for personnel who are already certified in MT and wish to use the course as a refresher.
It is also suitable for others who want an introduction to MT but do not require certification.
