Monitoring & certification of pressurised equipment
Meet government requirements and acquire a CE marking through systematic condition and performance monitoring, and certification of pressurised equipment.
In order to get approval of pressure equipment, leading to a CE mark, a design review of the equipment must be performed, and the manufacturing process must be monitored and verified by our inspectors. This process may vary, depending of the risk class of the equipment.
DSB regulations requires condition monitoring of pressure equipment in use within given intervals, normally every 5 years. We have several years of experience in condition monitoring and certification of pressurised equipment. Our inspectors undergone rigorous training, both technical and practical. Resulting from the inspection, our clients receive a detailed technical report stating the condition of the pressure equipment, and a certificate if the equipment is approved according to DSB regulations.
We always perform a risk analysis of the facilities containing pressure equipment. The risk analysis is an amendment within the DSB regulations, which is mandatory for all companies using pressurised equipment in their prosess.
