At Force Technology, we are specialists in technology. We help companies to develop sustainable products, materials, and services, and we help to ensure that the safety of, for example, a component or a system is first class.

We do this through independent consultancy , analysis, testing and training. Like when we help to develop and mature products and technologies within Power-to-X, which, among other things converts electricity from wind turbines to hydrogen, when we ensure the structural integrity of bridges and test medical equipment, or when we investigate and test how a product or material can be recycled or reused.

In this way, we contribute to our customers being able to make a difference for the climate and the world. And as an RTO (government-approved Research and Technology Organizations), we exist for others. Therefore, all our profits are reinvested in the company for the benefit of industry and society.

Our business is wide-ranging, and every day we make our facilities and laboratories available to our customers. It is precisely our customers, their needs and their challenges that are the focus of our work. This means that we are constantly developing, exploring, and testing new technologies. Our recruitment process

Once you apply for a position, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your application. After the application deadline, we review all applications carefully.

When screening applications, we look at:

Your experience and knowledge related to similar tasks
Your educational background
How your skills and competencies complement the team

If your profile and qualifications match the position, we will invite you to an initial interview. Here, you will typically meet the hiring manager and, in some cases, a recruitment consultant or a potential future colleague.

The interview gives us the opportunity to learn more about your motivation, experience and expectations. It is also your chance to ask questions and get a better sense of whether the role and FORCE Technology are the right match for you.

The interview usually lasts around one hour.

If you are selected to move forward in the process and remain interested in the position, we will invite you to a second interview.

Before the interview, we will ask you to complete a personality and logical reasoning test from home. For some positions, we may also ask you to complete a case assignment, either with or without preparation. If a case is included, we will always inform you in advance.

In the second interview, you'll get feedback on your test results and can ask more questions about the role. You will meet with the hiring manager, an HR recruitment consultant and, in some cases, a potential future colleague.

The interview usually lasts around 1.5 hours. In some cases, the hiring manager will join during the final part of the interview. After the second interview, we decide which candidate to offer the position.

We always aim to provide clear and constructive feedback to candidates who have attended interviews.
