The personal data collected is used to establish the customer relationship, provide the agreed service, or comply with legal requirements or documentation requirements for specific services. 

Name, title, place of employment, telephone number and e-mail address. In addition, we may process information about date of birth, CPR number, competencies, education, home address, etc. to the extent required by authorities or accreditation bodies to carry out the task.

Services that include personality or psychological tests, measurements or similar 

The personal data collected is used to establish the customer relationship, provide the agreed service, or comply with legal requirements or documentation requirements for specific services. 

Test responses, results, profiles, observations, photo, video or audio recordings, behavioural data, as well as any biometric and physiological measurements, and similar relevant information to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Visitors 

This collection of personal data takes place for security reasons. 

Upon arrival, name, place of employment, e-mail and telephone number will be registered, and some locations also have video surveillance. Furthermore, in preparation for a visit, we may also collect additional information about nationality, date of birth, etc. for the purpose of issuing a “Letter of Invitation”, reserving a hotel, arranging transport, etc.

This processing takes place for the purpose of assessing and selecting applicants. 

Name, address, telephone, e-mail, photograph, education and other information enclosed with your application.

The purpose of the processing is to carry out procurement, manage the supplier relationship, and administer contracts and invoicing.

You have the right, at any time, to request access to the personal data we process about you, subject to certain statutory exceptions. In certain circumstances, you also have the right to object to our collection and further processing of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to have your personal data rectified, erased, or restricted in accordance with applicable law. You also have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if that decision produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. As a general rule, Force Technology does not make such decisions, although automated processing may occur in individual cases. Where such processing takes place, you have the right to object, request human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision in accordance with applicable data protection law. 

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time. If you do so, we will delete the personal data processed based on your consent without undue delay.

Processing of CPR numbers only takes place where it is necessary and in accordance with applicable legislation. 

Where legitimate interest is stated above as the basis for processing, this will be based on a specific balancing of interests in accordance with the legislation. Legitimate interests may include, among other things, being able to provide services, maintain customer relationships and safeguard our operations and facilities.

2.2. Duty to Provide Information  

When Force collects and processes your personal data, we will inform you of this. The way in which you are informed will depend on the context in which we collect and process your data. 

2.3 Rectification   

Force continuously updates your personal data if it comes to our attention that it has changed. As our ability to do so depends largely on information from you, we ask you to inform us of any changes to your personal data. This can be done directly to your contact person at Force Technology or by e-mail to CORPLegalServices@forcetechnology.com.  

2.4 Transfer of Personal Data Within the EU/EEA  

Force Technology may transfer your personal data if this is necessary to provide the agreed service or comply with any requirements imposed by authorities. Such disclosure may be to affiliated group companies, business partners, or relevant authorities. In connection with participation in events, courses and education/training programs, your name and place of employment may also appear on the participant list distributed to the other participants. 

2.5 Transfer to Third Countries 

Force Technology may transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EU/EEA. This will take place to the same extent and on the same basis as stated in section 2.4. Force Technology will ensure that there is an adequate level of protection when transferring personal data to a third country, in accordance with the applicable rules. 

2.6 Storage and Deletion  

Force Technology retains and processes your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This varies depending on the nature of the task and is described in internal procedures and guidelines which ensure that no personal data is retained for longer than there is an objective basis for doing so. 

The period is determined based on an overall assessment of the type and amount of personal data, Force’s legitimate interest, and compliance with any customer or legal requirements, documentation needs, or limitation periods.
