Tommy Bysted has a strong background from technology-driven companies such as Kamstrup, FOSS, Otometrics, Radiometer Medical and Teledyne RESON, and brings solid experience leading knowledge-based organisations. He holds an MSc in Engineering and a PhD in signal processing, combining deep technical insight with sharp commercial acumen. Throughout his career, Tommy has worked to develop both business and organisation, and he is known for an empathetic, attentive leadership style focused on community, wellbeing and driving change in complex environments.

Bo Christensen leads the overall financial management of Force Technology. He also serves as interim director of the business area Metrology & Calibration. Bo has more than 18 years of experience as CFO and CEO in both startups and mid-sized companies, where he has worked with change management and improving profitability and cash flow. He is known as an engaged and results-oriented leader with high integrity and a direct approach to driving progress and delivering results.

Anne Holm Millner is responsible for strengthening Force Technology’s culture, leadership, and employee development. She brings more than 20 years of experience in HR and organisational development, including roles at Shell, MT Højgaard, and Ørsted. Anne works with wellbeing, recruitment, and change management, and plays a central role in the development of both leaders and the organisation. She has extensive experience in translating strategy and business goals into organisational solutions, always with a focus on the human side of change. She is driven by creating strong communities and delivering results through leadership, where people and business develop in interaction.
