FORCE Technology gets new chairman of the board
As of 1 July 2021, the chairmanship of FORCE Technology will change from Frederik Smidth to Jesper Haugaard.
Frederik Smidt has served FORCE Technology for a number of years on the Board of Directors, most recently as Chairman since 2018 and before that Deputy Chairman. The relay will be passed on to Jesper Haugaard, who has been deputy chairman since 2018.
This ensures good continuity in the board's work and the collaboration with the management around the new direction and strategy for FORCE Technology.
In addition to his experience from FORCE Technology, Jesper Haugaard has extensive board experience from both large and small Danish industrial companies as well as a long senior management experience from e.g. Bravida, Kamstrup, TDC and ABB.
The new deputy chairman will be the current board member Per Michael Johansen, who is rector of Aalborg University.
