Terms and conditions for participating in prize draws offered by Force Technology
Conditions
- Eligibility
The prize draw is open to persons aged 18 or over. There are no geographical restrictions on participation.
Employees of FORCE Technology may not participate in the prize draw.
Participation in the prize draw is voluntary. Participants must meet the participation requirements stated in the relevant registration form for the prize draw. - Prize
The prize, the number of prizes and any relevant information about the prize are stated in the registration form for each individual prize draw. - How to participate
Participants enter the prize draw by meeting the participation requirements stated in the relevant registration form before the prize draw closes, including the relevant dates.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted.
All participants who meet the terms and participation requirements within the stated period for the prize draw will be included in the draw. - Selection of the winner
The winner is selected at random from all valid entries received within the stated period for the prize draw.
The date of the draw is stated in the relevant registration form. - Notification of the winner
The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided in connection with the prize draw after the draw. Only the winner will be notified; the winner's name will not be published.
The winner will be asked to provide the necessary information to arrange delivery of the prize. - Delivery of the prize
Once contact has been established with the winner and the necessary delivery information has been confirmed, the prize will be sent to the winner.
The winner is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may be imposed in connection with delivery of the prize. - Organiser
