The initiative focuses on materials, process control, and data analysis to enhance productivity and adaptability. Intelligent fault detection, 3D printing, and additive manufacturing reduce waste and optimise resource use. CT scanning, optical quality control, and digital twins improve process management. Machine learning and AI enable faster troubleshooting and optimisation. The initiative aims to deliver demonstrable prototype-scale solutions.
