Introduction / Purpose
This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use HOA-SSR dataset, so please read it carefully. By downloading any of our HOA-SSR dataset, you’re agreeing to the Terms.
In this Terms, we, Force Technology, hereafter referred to as “First Party”, and you are referred to as “Second Party”.
Description
The Second Party is by the First Party granted a non-exclusive right to use 28 audio-video samples listed below for non-commercial research purposes. These samples will be made available under the following conditions which shall take precedence over this Terms of Use. The parties agree that the Terms of Use shall otherwise govern this sharing of audiovisual materials (including for clarity terms of confidentiality and limitation of liability)
- These samples are provided to the Second Party for the sole purpose of research conducted in their academic and or professional institution, and are not to be shared with third parties, broadcast, sold or used for any commercial purposes.
- The content can be modified for the purposes of R&D within the scope of the research.
- The samples, or any modified versions or clones, must not be made publicly available, sold, nor distributed to any third parties. If the material is inadvertently or intentionally made available to the public, the Second Party is responsible for removing the material and reporting it immediately.
- Source and copyright must be acknowledged, also in publications using results obtained from the research with the material.
- The necessary wording for acknowledgement will be provided upon preparation by the First Party during of a manuscript referring the employed material.
- If the material is requested for other research projects, this must be agreed in writing with the First Party in advance.
The samples are provided as is in the following formats and names:
- Audio format: Higher Order Ambisonic (4th Order) B-format AmbiX PCM format .wav, 24bit, 48kHz
- Video format: 422HQ, 7680x3840, 30fps, YUV 4:2:2, 8bit, 30fps
- Clip name: HairDrying, CarWithChat, DogBarking, RiverStream, CrossRoadNight, AmusementPark, HandballMatch, LayByMotorway, ChamberMusic, BadmintonTraining, Thunder, LoungeBar, CarFullPassanger, Shaving, CarWithoutChat, ChildrenPlayingClose, ChildrenPlayingParent, BirdSong, CrossRoadDay, WalkingStreetDay, WalkingStreetNight, RunningWater, Shower, Flushing, BikePassingBy, Meadow, WindInTrees, WalkingStreetAmbience,
