We are pleased to invite you to the next ERFA meeting on "Hygienic Design as Good Business – Focusing on the Requirements of Product Manufacturers."
Theme
Once again, we will explore how hygienic design can create value throughout the entire lifecycle of production equipment.
The meeting will focus on how hygienic performance expectations can be translated into measurable requirements by integrating hygienic design considerations early in the design process.
Experience Sharing, Risk Reduction and Lifecycle Costs
We will begin the day with a roundtable discussion, where participants share current challenges, experiences and success stories from their own companies.
This will be followed by an introduction to the relationship between hygienic design, risk reduction and lifecycle costs.
The focus will be on how decisions made during the specification phase can influence cleaning, maintenance, uptime, product safety and operating costs for years to come.
Hygienic Design Requirements in Practice at Fertin Pharma
After lunch, Fertin Pharma will introduce the company and share insights into its approach to hygienic design requirements.
Based on the company's FSSC 22000 certification, the presentation will explore how the requirements of the certification scheme are translated into practical specifications for functionality, cleanability and total cost of ownership.
Participants will also have the opportunity to experience the company's facilities during a guided tour.
Workshop
In the afternoon, participants will work in groups to address a key question in hygienic design: How can hygiene requirements be translated into clearly communicated and measurable specifications?
The aim is to identify the most significant practical benefits of hygienic design and how these can be demonstrated in practice.
Fee
Free for members of the ERFA Club for Hygienic Design. It is also possible to participate without being a member of the ERFA Club for Hygienic Design. The fee is DKK 3,100 per person.
We look forward to seeing you.
Best regards
ERFA Club for Hygienic Design
