Extraordinary low-pressure calibration system
A meter calibrated with atmospheric and pressurised air at our ISO-accredited low-pressure facility ensures minimal calibration uncertainty.
We meet all your low-pressure calibration needs
We provide first-time verification, control and recalibration of volume, mass, dP meters, flow hoods, valves and nozzles, using both atmospheric and pressurised air. We calibrate at a stable flow, pressure, and temperature, and we can calibrate all measuring meters in the flow range of 0.001 ln/min. to 25000 m3/h Ucmc 0.16 to 0.34%.
The low-pressure facility includes:
- Atmospheric calibration on Diaphragm Bench
- Atmospheric calibration of flow meters on Calbench
- Four lines for low-pressure calibration in different flow ranges and pressures
Accredited, well-renowned and respected in the industry
The calibration services performed at our laboratory facility are ISO 17025-accredited by the Danish Accreditation Fund DANAK. FORCE Technology is a member of Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM), and we participate in European References for Gas (EuReGa).
We perform calibrations 24/7
When you ask us to perform low-pressure calibration of meters from us, we always go out of our way to live up to your expectations. We perform calibration 24-7, including weekends and nights, if necessary, with or without your presence. As a customer, you can expect high-quality calibration from our staff, who have wide-ranging expertise and many years of experience. We work at the primary level and generate traceability, providing calibration at the right price all year round. We perform quick meter replacements irrespective of meters and meter sizes and consistently deliver high-quality calibrations, fast processing and excellent service.
