Today cooling systems handle a large part of the energy transportation in the Danish industries, and cooling systems are often a crucial link in the production. 

This course will focus on freshwater cooling systems, applicable methods of water treatment as well as types of corrosion, precipitates and microbial growth known to occur in cooling systems.

Engineers, machinists and technicians with responsibility for operation and maintenance of cooling systems and related systems.
Suppliers of cooling water systems and water treatment products for those.

Target
To provide the participants with sound knowledge of the material and corrosion problems that will/may occur when operating and maintaining cooling water systems. Emphasis will be put on fresh water cooling systems, water treatment, corrosion, precipitations and micro organisms.

  • Corrosion- and environmental issues in fresh water systems
  • Water treatment and the chemistry in fresh water systems
  • System design in circulating fresh water systems.

You are free to cancel or move your course participation until 6 working days prior to course commencement. If you cancel later than 6 days prior to course commencement total pay for your course shall be charged.
