FORCE Technology continues to grow and focus
FORCE Technology maintained and strengthened its financial robustness in 2025 and continued its development towards a healthier and more value-creating business.
2025 was the year in which FORCE Technology both tightened its grip on the economy and set new paths for the future. Despite a slight decline in revenue to 1,298 MDKK, the company managed to deliver a solid result, boosted by strong margins and high activity in particular in Compliance and Product Testing and the NDT business, which benefited from record-breaking investments in the Danish pharmaceutical industry. Gross profit increased, and the net profit of 39 MDKK was at the same high level as the record year 2024 and well above expectations.
The year was also marked by clear strategic moves. FORCE Technology acquired 3P Third Party Testing, thereby doubling its cable testing business, while the Integrity Management activities in Norway were sold in a pressured market. Both decisions were part of a sharper focus on commercialization and a robust core business.
Internally, 2025 marked a shift. A new chairman of the board, Niels Ahrengot, took office, and the work on shaping a new strategy for the years leading up to 2030 gained momentum. At the same time, digitalization became one of the year's major themes: the ATLAS project consolidated processes and data on fewer platforms, and a new digital customer platform (DXP) was launched, flanked by a modernized visual identity.
Employee well-being remained high with a score of 4 on a 5-point scale, and the entire organization gathered for a OneFORCE celebration to mark both strong results and the company's 85th anniversary.
Overall, FORCE Technology is stronger financially, technologically and organizationally – and moves into 2026 with a clear ambition: more commercialisation, greater robustness and continued value for customers and societys
