New CEO joins FORCE Technology
Tommy Bysted has taken over as new CEO of FORCE Technology on 2 September 2024. His primary focus is greater employee well-being, further strengthening the professionalism of the organisation, and increased value creation - for the benefit of the customers.
As the new CEO of FORCE Technology, Tommy Bysted will lead one of the largest Danish RTO’s with over 1,000 engineers, technicians and other specialists.
Tommy Bysted has previously held leading positions in Danish technology companies such as FOSS, Radiometer Medical, Teledyne RESON and most recently as technology director at Kamstrup. His combined commercial and technical background will help unlock an even greater potential in FORCE Technology.
"Tommy Bysted has extensive experience in the technological area, commercial understanding and is a skilled leader with good empathic qualities and experience in leading knowledge workers, creating a shared culture and ensuring support for change. That is why he is the perfect match for FORCE Technology, and the board looks forward to working with him," says chairman Jesper Haugaard.
In the first weeks, Tommy Bysted will visit all FORCE Technology's Danish locations to talk to employees and managers to familiarise himself with the company and the tasks that lie ahead of him better.

A thank you to the interim CEO
Tommy takes over a company that is financially sound and in good development. Since February, FORCE Technology has been led by interim CEO, Jens Roedsted, and during that period the company has performed historically well financially.
"A big thank you must go to Jens Roedsted, who as interim CEO has maintained the course and created good results. He is handing over a healthy and strong company to our new CEO, and that gives him a good foundation for bringing FORCE Technology strengthened into the future," says Jesper Haugaard.
