IoT & Wireless club meeting November 2025
You are warmly invited to the next meeting of the IoT & Wireless Club with the theme LPWAN Technologies for IoT Applications.
This is a physical, in-person event conducted in English and hosted in Hørsholm.
Time and place
Date: Tuesday, 25. November 2025
Time: 09.00 - 15.15
Place: FORCE Technology, Venlighedsvej 4, 2970 Hørsholm
Registration Deadline: Friday, 20 November 2025 at 12.00
Theme
Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) technologies are designed to connect IoT devices over long distances with low power consumption, making them ideal for large-scale deployments such as smart cities, utilities, healthcare, logistics, and industrial IoT.
In this event, we will focus on both unlicensed and licensed LPWAN solutions:
- LoRaWAN – widely used in unlicensed spectrum for flexible IoT applications.
- Cellular LPWAN technologies – including NB-IoT, LTE-M, and RedCap, which leverage mobile networks to provide secure and reliable IoT connectivity.
The program will provide insights into the strengths, challenges, and use cases of these technologies, and foster discussion on how they can be applied across different sectors.
Feel free to invite a guest
You’re welcome to forward this invitation to colleagues or peers in your network. Guests are allowed to participate once as a one-time guest — they just need to select "Guest" during registration.
We look forward to seeing you in Hørsholm!
