The commercial use-cases applying 5G are starting to appear, and with more than 150+ 5G Public Stand Alone Network available worldwide, 650+ Private Networks and more than 2000 devices, the 5G ecosystem has started to apply 5G Stand Alone capabilities for many different applications.
With the worldwide presence of 5G, the locally developed products can be deployed in a global market.
During this club meeting, you will learn about how 5G has been applied in industrial applications and we will touch upon the reasoning behind this. Furthermore, we will address the challenges and how those have been solved.
5G is a developing technology, and hence new features will be brought to the market enabling even more advanced use cases.
The following companies will join us:
- Maersk will tell us how 5G has been applied for port operations in the Harbour of Aarhus and the challenges and benefits of using cellular networks.
- Verizon will give a global perspective on how 5G Private Networks have been applied for industry and port applications.
- Nokia will introduce their concept Network as core and show how simple it is to access the capabilities of the 5G network in the development of new solutions.
- Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise will give us their insights on Private 5G industrial solutions and integrations.
- TDC Erhverv will share their experiences on Non-Public-Networks elements related to different use cases from the Danish market - what are the most relevant applications and an introduction on how to start applying 5G in your products.
