EHEDG Advanced Hygienic design (HYG11)
EHEDG Advanced Hygienic Design is a 3-day course providing you with the highest level of knowledge available on hygienic design of process equipment, process lines and facilities in food, biotech and pharma industry.
Aim
The Advanced Hygienic Design course provides knowledge and insight in hygienic design of process equipment, process lines and facilities in food, biotech and pharma industry as well as installation and maintenance. Investment in hygienic design can when applied properly give optimal product safety and constant product quality as well as lead to diminished down time, maintenance costs, cleaning costs and environmental impact. The course also includes fulfilment of current legislation and standards as well as how to anticipate future changes.
Participants
The course is targeted for equipment manufacturers for and technical personnel in food, biotech and pharma industry preferably with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience. The course can also be beneficial for project managers and sales engineers, who are actively involved in prescribing requirements for hygienic equipment and buildings.
Content and format
The course language is English. The fundamentals of the different subjects are taught using examples from design guidelines and practical experience.
The course provides tools to solve hygienic problems within your own organisation. The course engages the participants through interactive training.
A multiple choice exam is conducted on the last course day. The EHEDG course certificate will be sent by e-mail.

Registration
The course fee is 2150 €/participant. EHEDG company members get a discount of 200 €. The fee comprises course material, course certificate, coffee/tea, lunches and dinners mentioned in the program. The invoice is added an environmental surcharge of 1.5%, the prices are excl. VAT.
Please register at latest 4 weeks prior to the course.
Upon registration you receive an order confirmation and request for detailed information. The course fee is invoiced prior to the course and must be paid at latest 1 week before course start.
Cancellation policy
- Up to four weeks in advance of the event, course fee will be reimbursed except for an administration fee on 100 €.
- Thereafter and until 2 weeks in advance of the event, 50% of the course fee will be reimbursed.
- For cancellations within 2 weeks prior to the event, the full participation fee will be charged.
