EMCO Controls have developed dp-flow meters for the measurement of liquids since 1966 and chose us to perform calibrations according to ISO 5167.

Accurate calibration can determine profit and loss

Calibration is the art of configuring an instrument to provide a result for a sample within an acceptable range. Eliminating or minimizing factors that cause inaccurate measurements is a fundamental aspect of instrumentation design.

Measuring the flow of liquids  and gases is critical in many industrial applications. The ability to conduct accurate flow measurements is so important that it can make the difference between profit and loss. This is why precise measuring instrumentation is imperative in the global custody transfer infrastructure.

Prove that a flow meter is accurate to provide customers with peace of mind

EMCO Controls manufactures differential pressure flow meters based on the ISO 5167 standard for flow measurement of liquids  and gases. Their dp-flow meters help many clients, industries and applications, including the oil and gas industries.

Preferred partner for unbiased calibration of all meter sizes

EMCO Controls ship all their dp-flow meters to our calibration facility in Vejen, Denmark. Calibrations here have proven that EMCO's dp-flow meters actually have a much higher turndown and better accuracy than what is required in the ISO 5167 standard. As flow meter sizes grow globally, EMCO also finds Vejen to be a preferred calibration facility as it can cater to all meter sizes, including the world's largest.
