Avoid cancellation and denigration

As producer, importer or agent you are responsible for the fact that the products comply with the regulations and do not contain illegal chemicals. The RoHS regulation applies to components too, which are to be used as spare parts in electrical products and electronics.

Non-compliance of the rules might cause great costs for you as to withdrawal from the market, bad publicity and possible prosecution in connection with non-compliance of the law. Therefore, it is important that you have documentation showing that your products do meet the rules in the RoHS regulation.
