With our gender equality plan, we will identify, measure, and resolve any imbalances between genders.
Our gender equality plan was adopted by FORCE Technology's management on 15 May 2022 and is consistant with our Strategy 2024 and our signing of DI's Gender Diversity Pledge in 2021.
As an RTO (GTS institute), we have a special role in society - and therefore also special obligations and responsibilities. We must benefit people, companies, and society as a whole, and through our contribution to the technological development, we take part in a specific positive difference.
That is why sustainability is a key concept for us, and being a sustainable company is also about gender equality. To back this up with actions, we have drawn up a plan which describes our ambition and goals for the work of ensuring equality between the sexes and how we will meet the goals.
