Calibration of flow with liquids other than water
We calibrate, verify and counsel on flow measurement with meters and measuring systems for liquids other than water. You can have your meters calibrated with lubricant oil, chemical fluids, milk, ethanol and lye products at our calibration facilities. We also assist with uncertainty calculations, budgeting and technical audits of measuring systems and their requirements.
Calibration of flowmeters
Calibration of flow meters includes low-pressure calibration and high-pressure calibration. We perform high-pressure calibration of flowmeters in our closed-loop high-pressure facility with low-pressure loss - the world's only one of its kind. Take a tour of the facility.

Calibration of meters with air
Calibration at fixed times with a visiting posWe perform calibration of meters with air at the largest air facility in the world, which operates with a flow range capacity from 20 m3/h (Q-min) to 25000 m3/h (Q-max). The air calibration facility can handle all flowmeters for measuring air and gas, including USM, turbine meters, swirl meters, coriolis meters, and flare gas meters up to 50" in diameter, with flow rates between 1 m3/h up and 25000 m3/h. Calibration with air under atmospheric conditions is often applied as an initial test of meters as it gives a good indication of the stability of the meter before application. Also, air meter accuracy is imperative in processing plants where the air is distributed as part of a production process. These meters acquire calibration with air under varying pressure and flow rates.

Can FORCE Technology perform non-accredited calibration?
Yes – if circumstances in the customer’s meter entail that the calibration cannot be performed accredited or the customer wants specially designed calibrations, a non-accredited calibration may be performed.
